What file formats do you accept for plasma cutting?
We accept DXF, DWG, SVG, and most vector CAD file formats. If you have a sketch or image, we can also create the CAD file for you.
How thick of metal can you plasma cut?
Our CNC plasma system can cut mild steel up to 1 inch thick, and aluminum and stainless steel in various thicknesses depending on the application.
Can you make signs from my company logo?
Yes. We can plasma-cut your logo or brand name into metal with precision, including dimensional letters and custom shapes for storefront and lobby signage.
Do you offer corten steel signs?
Yes. Corten steel (weathering steel) signs are one of our options — they develop a rust patina naturally and work well for rustic, industrial, or mountain-themed branding.
